Before session

Show up hydrated, bring water, and arrive 15 minutes early to check in for your session. Wear what’s comfortable—towels are provided.

During session

As core temperature rises, sweating begins within 10-20 minutes. Adjust your temperature settings
for comfort, activate red light therapy, and unwind with your private, in-suite TV.

After session

Your natural cool down continues after your session. Enjoy a cold eucalyptus towel to reinvigorate your skin, and rehydrate with water and electrolytes to support recovery.
