Every 40-minute Perspire infrared sauna session helps boost your immune system to keep it strong & fighting by:
- Raising your core temperature inducing an artificial fever.
- A fever is the body’s natural mechanism to strengthen and accelerate the immune response, as seen in the case of infection.
- Enhanced immune system, combined with improved elimination of toxins and wastes via intense sweating, increases your overall health and resistance to disease.
- Infrared is naturally antimicrobial.
- Cedar wood is antibacterial & anti-fungal.

In order to honor our commitment to better your health, and ensure your safety, we have made the following changes:
- Reduced capacity of locations to allow for extra sanitization of rooms, common areas & surfaces between each appointment.
- Installed hand sanitizing stations at all locations.
- Team members will be following all state and local guidelines regarding masks in public spaces/common areas.
- Added hourly common space cleaning schedules.
- Community use items such as cups, weights, and cushions have been removed at this time.

We ask the following of our guests please to do their part in keeping Perspire Sauna Studio clean, safe, and healthy:
- If you have had any symptoms of COVID19 as prepared by the CDC, stay home https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/symptoms-testing/symptoms.html
- Cancel your appointment 2 hours or more before your scheduled session to avoid a $20 late cancellation charge.
- Please adhere to state and local guidelines regarding masks in public spaces/common areas.
- Please limit the time spent in the lobby and practice social distancing.
- Use hand sanitizer and alcohol wipes, and wash your hands before and after your session.
- Drop off all your towels in the Towel Drop after your session.
